Exclusion of Liability

11.1 The Exhibitor agrees to indemnity and hold the Organizer blames in regard to claim, liabilities, losses actions, damage, judgments, expenses, cost and charges at any kind arising out of the default or negligence of or any damage caused by the Exhibitor shall take out insurance policies to cover itself against all potential liabilities.

11.2 The Organizer disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damages occurred to property of Exhibitions caused by acts of uncontrollable and unpredictable in nature
